Cash Review "Dus" fame director Anubhav Sinha is back with his yet another action thriller "Cash", a movie that looks very similar to his debut venture into Bollywood. Stunning star cast, dazzling visuals, a dynamic musical score and stylised action. "Cash" goes a stride further with an animation sequence of 10 minutes that again looks similar to video game style animation, which on silver screen alas, looks like a complete waste of money. The thin plot of the movie acts as a blemish on the sleek and stylish flick. The narration of the story catches the fancy of the viewers, but weakness in writing loosens their grip. Yash-Vinay have unfortunately failed in the task assigned.
Cash Review"Cash" revolves around a world-class swindle artist popularly known as 'Doc' (Ajay Devgan), who hires a set of topnotch robbers (Esha Deol, Zayed Khan, Dia Mirza and Ritesh Deshmukh) to steal a set of invaluable diamonds in South Africa. Another underworld don (Suniel Shetty) and a security official (Shamita Shetty) are also chasing those diamonds, but star studded flick instead of collecting applause confused the viewers. Also, there is no central character as most actors plays a cameo - Esha Deol Shamita Shetty, Riteish Deshmukh, Zayed Khan, Suniel Shetty, Dia Mirza. Only Ajay Devgan has some facade of a role. It's his scenes that stand out in a hodgepodge of events. And rest of the story confuses around two groups trying to overpower each other and grab terrific diamonds.

One mastermind, hiring experts in the movie "Cash" to do away with his plan, seems to be a concept taken from Amitabh Bachchan's "Aankhen". The animation sequence, though very thrilling resembles "Hum Tum" as it is remembered as first animation venture of Bollywood. Many people chasing a peculiar target is an age-old concept being followed in Bollywood, watching it again in "Cash" seems very repetitive. Also, the action scenes, best part about the movie seem to be copied from Dhoom 2 and various other action-based Hollywood flicks. Getting influenced by the inspirational movies is no crime, but movie can click if the writer at least puts in one enthralling experiment.

Action stunts in the movie by Anthony Stone are pulse pounding. Mesmerising music by Vishal-Shekhar is one more good reason to see the movie. But, if one only likes "Cash meri aankhon mein", the title song of the movie, then first 15-minute is what he can stay in the hall, in rest he might feel like shouting out a puzzle. Ravi Walia's cinematography is enticing. Dialogues do not make an impact every time. Choreography suits the bumpy music and Esha Deol looks ravishing in the dance numbers. Despite being the lead character, though for the namesake, Ajay Devgan looks languid. Suniel Shetty has played such roles innumerous times. So he looks recurring, but he cannot help it. Zayed Khan is just satisfactory, but the real show stealer is Ritesh Deshmukh. He performs his character very smoothly and seems to be the next comedy star to reckon with. Girls have nothing much to do, except showcasing their tamed body.
