Spiced Yoghurt Drink
Chaas

Yoghurt (dahi), 1-day old 400 gm/ 14 oz
Salt to taste
Cumin (jeera) seeds 1 tsp
Green chilli, medium-sized,
Deseeded, finely chopped 1
Ginger (adrak), 1" piece, finely chopped 1
Cumin seeds, roasted, powdered 1 tsp
Black rock salt (kaala namak) to taste
Green coriander (hara dhaniya), finely chopped 1 tbsp
Mint (pudina) leaves, finely chopped 1 tbsp

Method :
Whisk the yoghurt in a bowl; add 2 cups of iced water and blend well. Add the remaining ingredients, blend for a minute. Remove from blender, adjust the seasoning and serve in tall glasses.
