| Samadhi Mandir: It is the samadhi temple of Baba built with white marble stones and ornamental railings. The temple has an idol of Sai Baba made up of Italian marble. The temple can accommodate upto 600 pilgrims at a time. The place has a room exhibiting different items used by the saint.
Dwarkamai: It is a mosque located at the right side of the Samadhi Mandir. It is the place where Sai Baba led the later half of his life. The place is adorned with the huge oil paintings of the saint.
Gurusthan: It is the place where Sri Sai Baba came to live as a child. The place has a temple that is visited by hundreds of pilgrims all over the year.
Chavadi: It is the place where Sri Sai Baba slept. There is one chair and a bed that was used by the saint at Chavadi. The place also has a portrait of Sai Baba.
Cottage of Abdul Baba: Abdul Baba, the famous disciple of Sai Baba used to live here. It is located right at the opposite of Chavadi. Several items used by Sai Baba and his disciples have been put on display for the tourists.
Maruti Mandir: Located at a short distance from the Cottage of Abdul Baba, it is a temple Baba used to visit frequently.
Lendi Baug: It is a garden that was made and maintained by Sri Sai Baba. A lighthouse has been constructed at this place where a lamp is kept burning all throughout the day and night as a symbol of respect to the Baba.
